here's an ebay auction for KOF 98. i don't think it's freaked, but unfortunately i don't know exactly how to tell. is it the stripes?

thats an official snk copy, and that seller is awsome. I won A new copy of kof 98 from him 3 months ago.

Yeah, he is great seller. I got a copy from him as well. I prefer Jap versions, so all of my carts are Jap, w/ the exception of this one. But I will live.
