If you were really looking to make a difference, I'd reccomend 1) making a proposal containing all of the points you wish to see happen in a consise, professional-sounding document; 2) starting a petition which affirms agreement with your proposal that people can sign; and 3) sending it to SNK Playmore and getting them to approve it.

--Otherwise, you're just asking to run an unofficial, unsanctioned tournament, which, admittedly, I could do with three of my friends at the local pizza parlor.

I don't mean for this to be sarcastic, but coming-into a thread like this without much preparation is basically testing the waters. Maybe plan a bit, then come back, and see if (with some logic behind it) people are more agreeable to your ideas.

It died in committee: there were serious splits on where to have it. Some wanted it in retarded places (like suburban PA) others in places actually worth visiting.
