Jamma cabinet to Stereo

Hey guys i just got a new cabinet and it has a jamma wiring harness and im trying to figure the best way i can get sound from a xbox 360 to it. I spliced some rca wires and ran them to the jamma harness and am now getting sound. But one problem, i cant get the volume loud enough. I mean it goes decently loud but i think it should be able to go louder. Any ideas on what could be the problem, i have the sound knob all the way to the max.

Ok somebody on another forum suggested since its wired for jamma and most jamma boards have a built in amp that the amp it has is very small one just to help out...

O man i just took it out of that junk rooom and put it in my bedroom, i think i nutted twice not sure. Gonna put a youtube vid up soon when i get this sound figured out...
