I think it looks very nice indeed, I'm impressed - but the lack of texture work (I think it's down to that), makes it appear a bit washed out and flat.

If you are referring to the first trailer from the '05 E3 Show, it's a shame Sony even tried to pull that in the first place and claim it was in game.

Not even close. Granted, the new trailer is decent, but it's not close to original trailer they showed.
