I have an EPROM programmer and everything else I'll need, but I just want to know, what kind of EPROM should I use for making a unibios chip? I intend to use the old 2.3 version, so I'm not violating Raz's terms, and it'll be for my personal use only. He used to have the info on his website as to what chip to use, but it isn't there anymore, so far as I can see.

Xian, you probably know this too: If I burn a 2.3 unibios and put it in a CMVS I'm working on, and then sell the CMVS, can I include the unibios chip, or will Raz be mad?

EDIT: I ask because his website doesn't seem perfectly clear on the matter. He says you can't sell it for profit, but that you can sell it on ebay? It's confusing.

I don't see why you can't sell it with the CMVS. I think he just means you can't sell it as a standalone product for profit. But that doesn't mean you can't sell it. You can always sell it for price of chip+programming fee which would usually be about ~$10-12 total.
