NAVA (North Atlantic Videogame Aficionados) meetup. I'll be there. If anyone wants to trade some stuff, I'll bring what I have (MVS, AES, some other random console stuff).

This month, we're turning Japanese. Sega Saturn and Dreamcast imports will be abundant as fighting games and shoot'em ups that were only released in Japan make their way onto our own little island. In addition, we'll have a host of crazy Super Famicom (that's Japan's Super NES for you n00bs) games that you can try. Look for Cho-Aniki, Final Fight Revenge, Psyvariar, Radiant Silvergun, Twinkle Star Sprites, and Zero Gunner 2 among dozens of others.

I used to go to NAVA every month. I haven't been able to go as much recently, but I still go whenever I can make it. I'm hoping to be there this Saturday.

Course Route: 2 mile Family Fun Walk


Take the first step toward making a difference in the life of someone with a disability or special need and partner with CVS Caremark, Century 21, Amway Global, Mass Mutual and local sponsors and supporters to walk with Easter Seals New Jersey in the 2011 Walk With Me event!

The day begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. and our 2-mile Family Fun Walk starts at 10:00 a.m. at beautiful Roosevelt Park, centrally located in Edison. After the walk, please join us as the festivities continue with refreshments, music, face painting and more fun! Free health and wellness screenings will be provided courtesy of CVS Caremark.

A 217-acre facility, Roosevelt Park is located off Route 1, and offers a paved path of 3/5 of a mile, encircling a beautiful lake. The walk will be held in the appropriately named "The Level Playing Fields" which was designed to provide sporting opportunities for people with physical and other special needs. Parking is conveniently located adjacent to the lake. What better venue to participate in an Easter Seals Walk With Me event!

Before the Walk, you will have a chance to meet our 2011 Honorary Ambassadors.

Easter Seals New Jersey would like to thank you, our valued sponsors, team captains and all other volunteers for participating in this very important event. The Walk will raise critically needed funds that will enable thousands of individuals with disabilities and special needs and the families that love them to live a more independent and joyful life.
