Not to burst anyone's bubble but Konami making this claim doesn't hold water. Capcom did the same thing with Resident Evil 4 after the sales were not what they had expected, guess what, they jumped ship and went to the PS2. The same holds true for MGS4. If sales are not what Konami hopes for, I will bet you that MGS4 will be released on the Xbox 360.

Pretty sure the "war" between Xbox and Sony fanboy's does not hinge on Metal Gear Solid 4.

There are plenty of other and better reasons to hate either machine.
