Not to be an a** or anything, but weren't all of the Platinum Hits versions of 007 AUF, MechAssault & Splinter Cell "patched" to block the softmod exploit?

Yes later versions were patched, and a quick/easy way to tell at a glance is by the Platinum Hits collection heading. The truth however is that the very first run of 007 in Platinum was still vulnerable to the exploit.
This is the version I am selling... As with all my items above it has been tested as working, I wouldn't be selling it as working it I had not done this.

Thanks for the advice DZ, I wasn't sure where it would be best posted (having never sold here before). I'll give it a few more days then repost anything I haven't sold in EE.

I've been thinking about posting some other arcade odds and ends (Final Fight board/bezel/marquee/side-art kit, CPS1 mobo, JPac, Dynamo HS5 metal control panel) I've been sitting on for sometime now, that should fit ZDTF better?

ZDTF is for arcade stuff, Everything Else and Neo are pretty self explanatory.
