mv-1t video out problem...

ok, i just got my mvs board today with fatal fury, rb:ff2, and kabuki klash.... and i have a nice video out problem... my monitor (using a commodore 1084s) won't sync to the mvs video, so all i get is a distorted image... this monitor works flawlesly with my cps board and my macross board. any ideas???

Hmmmm... I had the same problem. All I had to do was secure the connection on the sync wire. Try that and the video ground. Doubt that will help, but it worked for me.

i'll try that when i get home...

out of curiosity, are you running only an mvs board...or multiple jamma boards???

also...anyone know of any schematics to build an rgb to composite/s-vid converter???

i just found out that there is a small difference between the 1084s and the 1084s-d1 which is what i have.... the front looks the same, but the back is noticably different. would/could this be the cause of my mvs problem???

try adjusting the 5V if your PSU has a dial. try turning it very slowly in both directions, but not too far. see if it helps any.

i just got jrok's adapter, and it works!!!!! Pretty well i might add
