hi all, I'm all happy because today I received my 4 slot board, but the sound is not working properly

there are some missing sounds and the voices are very low compared to the effects and the music

the problem should be the mobo since my other boards works fine on the cab and the sound issue is presents with all the cartridge on all the slot

should I use the "rubber trick" on the board's jamma connector?

searching I found a little on the forum, someone was saying that a possible reason could be the dried out capacitors, any other ideas?

thanks and bye ;)

3 steps to resolving most sound issues:

1. Reset the backup RAM. When the battery voltage gets low it's possible for the RAM to become corrupt.

2. Clean the hell out of the carts and slots. See www.hardmvs.com for cleaning instructions.

3. Recap the sound subsystem.

didn't know about that, I was thinking that mvs was standard jamma, thanks for the heads up
