MVS cart issue

I recently picked up a copy of Metal Slug X MVS from another member here and I'm running it through my MVS -> AES converter. When I power it on all it does is a blank screen and there is a faint ticking noise that repeats. I've tried cleaning the contacts and it still didn't resolve the issue.

Anyone else had this issue as well?

I'm gonna guess your Neo is a non 5v one.

If it's the Phantom-1 or the Super MVS Converter 2, you need to mod the converter for it to run on your non-5v system.
