MVS Memory Card Questions

I bought an MVS U4 candy cab that was missing it's memory card reader (?) and headphone jacks. Are these parts universal or are there different models for the different cabs?

The MV-1 one slot board, the 4 slot boards, and the 6 slot boards all use the MV-IC card reader setup.

The 2 Slot boards have a built in card reader.

A MV-IC Memory Card Reader Setup includes: MV-IC card reader, Two Data Cables, and One Audio Cable.

The Memory Card may or may not be included. Depends on the seller.
