Just finished up my new MVS rig please see the image in the above link. It's a MV-1C board in hdf custom casing with external power source and video converter. I built the system its self to look as much like a manufactured system as I could. The top and sides are seam-less with access to the board from the bottom. To do this the entire structure is comprised of custom cut Alloy L-rails. The system sports only one output (9-pin din), which includes the RGB signal, audio signal, and the voltage for the Jork. I chose to do this for 2 reasons, 1 I usually play Neo on an arcade monitor so I didn't see a reason to add an exclusive converter (maybe I would if they were a bit cheaper) and 2 I can now use the converter for other rigs. The converter is in a Xbox Av box that I hacked. It ended up working quite well to use it; I just hope I don't feel like playing my Xbox any time soon! The power source is one of those jameco ones people often speak of. This is what actually led to me making this system. Before now I had always been using arcade power-sources, which can be a bit cumbersome hardly allowing me to create a system that was very streamlined. Hope u all dig it I sure do!
