Ok,
Here's the scoop. Had someone contact me with a request for info.

Hello!
Thanks for support-me!
My neo geo cd unit is a usa top loader model, i think it is the first
one.(brazil pal-m release)
There are three big pins at back of the console.(gnd,?,?)
Dont worry. because i a electronic tecnical and you may "talk" in the
language, i can understand.
sorry, my inglish is very basic...

Now I have never owned a Pal Neo Cdrom.
Can anyone please give me the specs, & any usefull info.
So I can help this guy out?

no difference between the PAL and NTSC machine, aside from some jumpers. the power supply needed is the same as for the US one, just with 220 V input instead of 110. my neogeo cd actually had an original power supply that would switch automatically between 110 and 220 V, so it could be used anywhere.

Great, thanks for that info.
I suspected that was the case, but wasn' sure having never had one.

Can anyone tell me which of the power supply pins are which?
I'm having trouble understanding this fellas request,
so If anyone with better communication skills wishes to elaborate, I'd be relieved.

I'll check for you when I get home tonight. I know all 3 CD systems accept the same PSU voltage.. However, the CDZ PSU plug is slightly longer then the Top and Front loaders. I'll get back to you on the pins later, that is, if someone doesnt beat me to it.

5 & 10 volts carry 1A.

By the way, thanks again for your tutorials.
Such basic strategy is perfect for my 8year old nephew.
Fraid all my moves were too complex for the poor kid.
