Neo Geo AES died..

My modded Neo Geo AES does not play games anymore. It turns on and the screen is scrambled red/purple. I need help finding a new AES console and thought I would ask here. Or if someone can fix it, that would be fine too

If your power supply is having trouble, then that behavior can be expected possibly. See what happens with no game in it. If you get a solid color screen, then that's good.

I will actually be living in the SF bay area for the next few months, so if you wait a bit I might be able to actually work on your console.

Why do I get the feeling there is a chance you would be more inclined to put the AES in the bin rather than selling it on as spare or repairs? I could be wrong but your wording strikes a note with me that your kind of "gamer" that thinks 25 year old hardwear is like a toaster or Bic pen (throw away)... Could be wrong! Could be wrong! backing away now..

Seriously get it fixed or sell it on! Don't bin it or let it rot in your shed.
