Neo Geo game or board issue?

Hello, I have a 4 slot Neo Geo cab. Last night I put 4 games in and once powered up the games would play but the screen was scrolling vertically non stop on all 4 games. I took the games out and tried them one at a time in each slot and they played fine.

It took a couple of tries to get everything working properly. My question is if this sounds like a mother board problem or if one of the games possibly has an issue and this is throwing the video off.

I haven't had any previous issues with the cab and these were 4 new games that I had just gotten in.

scrolling vertically..I'd look at the adjustment pots for the monitor..
Like my own,I have bumped the remote adjustment board by mistake when changing games.
The plug that goes into that remote board could be loose..

Otherwise I'd say maybe it's a low power supply voltage issue.
