Neo Geo Music Player / Tracker?

Hey guys. Been a long-ass time since I post but I figured I'd come straight to the land of NG Expertise if I want an NG question answered.

A while ago there was someone who wrote some sort of Neogeo Music Tracker for people who were developing Neogeo games. On top of that I think there was also a way to play Neogeo music straight from a homebrew or ripped ROM that also allowed you to eyeball the samples and such. Does anyone know anything about any of this? I can't seem to find any more information about either of these anywhere and it's starting to grate on me since I'm usually godlike about finding things on the internet.

The Unibios has a jukebox mode to play BGM as well.

Is there a connection module made for cart to PC? Or does it allow you to read NGCD tracks directly on the PC?

No, this M1 app used the rom files.

If you want the Neo CD Audio tracks, just rip them from the CD.
