SOLD! my RGB to component converter. With this you can connect your Neo Geo through component, or any other system as well. No mod necessary, it takes stereo from the headphone jack up in front. It uses a sync splitter for better compatibility with TV's. It works great with Neo, SNES, Genesis and Saturn, I haven't tried it with anything else. $105 shipped with the Neo cable, $15 for any additional cable.

The jump from AV to S-Video is huge, the jump from S-Video to Component is not as huge. It is definitely noticeable, sharper image, and perfect colors.
