René Hellwig is the HucastGames founder. Dux & Redux weren't Neo Geo related so I'm posting it in this sub forum. Redux 2 for Dreamcast got cancelled this May.

Given that Redux 2 for Dreamcast in cancelled, you can ask for a refund. Send a email to hucast_com@gmail_dot_com (without the down lines) and send a proof that you purchased the game. That can be from PayPal or a copy of the purchase email.
