Hello! Welcome to the gateway to West Korea!

Now You'll have to shed all of that excess baggage, none of that will be useful where you're going.

I just wrapped on the show I was working on and I bought three of my four cabs at the same time. (the blast was my first) once the other three get here and I get them cleaned up, I'll make a gallery post. :)

Make the post here...

I ignore the gallery... due to me feeling it's full of pretentious twats...

Let's say... if you dissappoint me... it could be viewed as suicidal...

Will do.

Knights of the Round is probably the game with the most playthroughs. I love the parry mechanic and that your armor levels up as the adventure goes on.

Warriors of fate is gaining favor with me as I get a handle on its controls. I also love the graphics and story.

I love Armored Warriors for its story telling.

Captain Commando will always have a special place because it was the first beat em up I played last year when I’d never heard of the genre. I stumbled upon it on fightcade at a time when I couldn’t dream of owning original hardware.

The Simpsons was the first game I played with another person. I emulated it in my old studio apartment and played through with my wife.

Nekketsu kuniokun is awesome because of its historical value. It really is the first beat em up being the Japanese version of Renegade.

AvP might be the best game with great art, sound, controls, and storytelling. I can’t wait to invite people over for it.

And still looking forward to finding English boards of King of Dragons and Battle Circuit.

You already 1cc'ed KotR a few times? Thats not bad.

You didn't know what a beat'em up was until last year, that seems a bit odd. Maybe I misunderstood.

Which kind of games did the enjoy playing during the 90s in the arcades, I assume fighters like Vampire Savior, SF, MvSF etc.

Wait maybe I misspoke somewhere. I haven't beaten any of these games with one credit. I have a sega ashtray full of coins on the Blast City CP.

I'm 25. That's probably why. The 90s ended when I was 5. I never even threw a hadouken until I was 20 and that shit was hard to figure out on the laundromat sf2 cab. I use octogates now.

But I have nostalgia for arcades because my dad would take me when I was small and he used to have arcade cabinets in the house when I was little. There was Virtua Fighter 1, Stun Runner, Mortal Kombat, and NBA Jam.

I guess I wanted an arcade in my house because in some way I'm emulating him. Also ASAP Mob raps that line "Arcade in my kitchen TVs in my lobby". So it makes me feel cool that me and my dad both did that. :D

I got a job on a TV crew. No credit.

Edit: Plus being young, I have no kids to spend it on. I just explained to my wife that I'm going to invite people over and use the socializing to get more jobs. (Which I'll use to buy more arcade shit. But I didn't say that. Muahahahaha)
