Nightmares

Nothing as relieving as waking up and realizing it was all a bad dream!!!

Well, tell me about it. I just experienced that earlier today.... never before have I had such a depressing dream as I did last night.

I had one where all my teeth were falling out and I was bleeding all over the place!!! Then I woke up and was VERY relieved.

i had this scary dream once.i and my friend was walking along a quiet street.then it began to feel so cold and we took a shelter.my friend and i then walked home.we then passed an area which is heavily guarded by a gate.my friend then when there and the gate closed by itself.then suddenly a great force pulled my friend towards the gate and rammed his head thus killing him.it was a very fierce looking spirit.i then went to this exorcist and told him about it.we then went to that place and he excorcised the spirit by sucking it thrrough his stomach.after that,he told me that its all over.man,that was so scary and seemed so real! when i woke up the next morning,i shivered through my spine and was relived that it was only a dream. <IMG SRC="smilies/eek2.gif" border="0">

The only reoccuring nightmare is that of the end of the world,i kept dreaming of nuclear war and devistation,i dreamt of high rise buildings being knocked down to dust by the spreading flame,ive also dreamt many a time
of having a normal day then looking out the window seeing the flash and mushroom cloud
in the distance,i wake up shaking and sweating cos in the dream i was convinced i was gonna die,i wake up and look out the window for around 5 minutes making sure everything is intact.

Nightmares are based on inner fear,trouble is
if you keep getting them it can effect your waking life,you have to keep yourself away from thinking about what you fear.

Yesterday I dreamt that my Sega Saturn lid broke! Couldn't get sleep for a few hours after that one!!!... I actually very rarely remember my dreams/nightmares....

yeah i love that dream i once had a dream that I kept jumping off a building onto a another building that was lower and it kept going on i enjoyed that dream though. <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0">

I don't know whether you could call it a nightmare, since i wasn't scared or anything, but i had this dream where my tounge split into two pieces. it was really weird, it was all long and shit.

then i woke up and looked at my tongue in the mirror...

I keep having two reoccuring dreams. One is where I'm in my old aparment and looking out the window. Suddenly, an airplane falls out of the sky and crashes onto the street and explodes, and the debris goes flying into my apt, then I wake up.
The other dream I keep on having is where I'm driving on the highway; trying to outrun a tornado, but can't get away. I then get sucked out of my car, and get tossed around inside the tornado. I then get thrown into the side of a building (OUCH!), and then I wake up.

Heyhey you went lucid in the dream,where you realised you were asleep and took control,or at least something in you took control.
I have difficulty doing that,you have to remind yourself what to look out for in the dream,it takes a lot of training,for instance
digital watches,clocks,your computer will not work properly in a dream,another weird thing that can happen in a dream is perspective changes,where one minute you are watching tv,the next you are inside the program on the tv.
