pcb capacitor replacement help

i need help figuring out what type of capacitor i need to replace the one on the pcb. the pcb is a arcade game called fever sos/ dangun feveron. the board i have is fever sos. i will post pics soon

Damn. Looks like it was a polypropylene film capacitor. I wonder if there is another reason why that did that. Never seen that before...

yea the board came that way but everything works i just want to replace it before something goes wrong
