I was just watching the new conference, and officials said no survivors were found...here's a link to the story (though this was before the conference)

MIAMI - A propeller-driven seaplane with 20 people aboard crashed Monday just off Miami Beach within sight of the city’s downtown high-rises, killing at least 14, the Coast Guard said.
No survivors have been found, according to the Coast Guard.
Scuba divers and rescuers in speedboats struggled to reach the victims in the Government Cut channel that passes just off the South Beach to the Port of Miami. “We're still trying to get people out of the water,” said Javier Otero, Miami Beach Fire Department support services chief.
The twin-engine Chalk’s Ocean Airways plane went down about 2:30 p.m. ET shortly after takeoff. Chalk’s Ocean Airways operates regular seaplane flights between Miami and the Bahamas.
