Hello,

I have an American AES (I think),
and at the bottom it says that
I need a PRO POW E ac adaptor.
I don't have one. I have tried
a couple of other adaptors, like the
one for the NES for example, but it
doesn't work. And can't seem to find anyplace
that sells ac adaptors for the American AES.

Can someone tell me where can I get one?
Or tell me of another ac adaptor what
will work with it?

I already tried a universal one but still
didnt work; those are pieces of crap in
my opinion.

Anyway thanks for the help.

Peace,

AVULON

Where are you reading this PRO POW E from?? Where is it enscribed?
What is your model NO. on the adapter? It should read NEO-0,PRO-POW2 or PRO-POW3

Man I'm telling the truth,
it says "Use Pro-Pow-E AC Adaptor only"
in the sticker at the bottom of the console,
where the the serial number is at.
The serial number is 065730.
It also has written on it Rating 8w,
and 90A written on the left of the serial
number.

You have a US system and you need
the OUTPUT:DC 5V 3A model
negative polarity

Hey can you confirm that your unit has ONLY NEO-GEO enscribed on the top front portion of your system??
I own one like yours with serial #067174

That's most likely one of the oldest version of the board.

The PRO-POWe should basically be the 'english' version of PRO-POW1 or PRO-POW2, with lower voltage and higher intensity output in comparison of the latter PRO-POW3.
