Red light, do you also have it??

Hello,

I was playing my AES system the other day,
and I noticed a little redlight coming
from inside the system. I could see it
through the little ventilation lines in the
top back of the system. Now, it was my
understanding that the NEOs came with
no led light of any kind, or any light
for that matter.
Can someone explain this? Is it a
phenomenom or is it a common thing?

Maybe a I have a little surprise waiting
inside my NEO.

My system serial # is 210295, Japanese.

well, actually, there's simply a small red LED on the board to indicate power. not sure why it remains hidden, but it's normal.

I remember someone saying that it was meant to help people that were repairing them so that they could see when the board was powered.
