Request: MVS label

I recently got a Aerofighters 2 mvs cart with a completly shreded label.

Can anyone send me a scan or a good picture of an English or Japanese Aerofightesr2/Sonic Wings2 mvs cart label?

There are some nice custom made labels on the web but all my MVS carts still have their original labels, so I would like to use those custom labels only as a last resort.
