Retro Duo RGB mod

I've read that you can mod these Retro Duos for RGB. Does anyone know if the RGB works for the NES, or is it for SNES only?

All I could find was this guy who got the SNES working. No one confirmed NES though...

Just SNES, Famiclones still only have composite. Depending on the "NoaC", it may be theoretically possible to add RGB by external means, but this could be exceedingly difficult if the chip is epoxy bonded to the board and the necessary EXT signals are not brought out.
