No, it will only play with Japanese language. Doesnt matter what region you have your system set to. I wish I could read what they are saying as well.

A very nice game though... and a must have title for any Samurai Spirits true fans...
If you're a little familiar with japanese RPG you can easily play it (i played it and finished some years ago...)

An online translation group was working on translating it and putting the iso for download but they since quit the project which I would support only if you owned the original game.
