Brand new and sealed. I ended up with two of these, asking $65.65, which is precisely what I paid for it. Paypal gift, shipping is extra. I'm not going to take offers or whatever because I can just return it and get all my money back. Just thought I would give someone a chance at the pre-order bonus, since they all sold out (around here anyway).
Classic Pack includes: Armored Vault 13 suit, Weathered 10mm and the canteen. Awesome for Hardcore Mode. Irrational people are paying $10-15 for the pre-order DLC alone on the crap-bay.
