Sega uni monitor problem

Hey I just got this cab and am sort of a noob when it comes to monitor issues. Here is a couple pics, ill post a vid later of what's going on and my current setup. Is this a simple issue to fix or a bit more?

Problem solved

So I figured out with the help of max330mega that my monitor was fine just needed to convert the video. Hooked up my GBS-8200 and it works perfectly now.

its gonna be a long haul getting that thing back in proper working order, but at least there is hope now. on to purchasing and wiring in the entire CP!

You've got a Nanao MS-2932 and you tried to display a 15khz image on a 31khz only (vga) monitor

Didn't know what type the monitor was, thanks. I thought it was a dual res monitor but no.
