So who really owns the rights to NeoGeo/SNK games?

So who really owns the rights to SNK/Neo Geo games?? I have heard rumors of Brezzasoft, Sun Amusements, and even MegaKing with Metal Slug 4 and a PC compilation of older Neo Geo titles. Why is it so difficult to get any official word if the auctioning of the rights took place a long time ago? Now I have heard rumors of Capcom getting some of the rights for a new Capcom vs. SNK 3 in development? Just wondering what the truth is and what will happen with the rights to old and new Neo Geo games? I have heard good things about the Ultracade Neo Geo machine at the AMOA with 44 games on it–wondering who owns the rights now and whether this machine will ever be made? Anyone have any thoughts or heard any reports?

At the moment, I believe Breezasoft, Sun Amusement, and other companies are 3rd-party developers that are being liscensed the rights to develop games of SNK's popular franchises due to the financial situation of SNK. Until some issues involving Aruze are sorted out I think SNK still really owns the rights to NG games. And Capcom is still developing SNK Vs. Capcom titles with "creative input from SNK." The legal rights to Neo Geo are sort of a mess right now but should even out soon (hopefully).

You don't trust them much, do you? Correct me if I'm jumping to the wrong conclusions here, but you'd rather want SNK to make CvS, don't you?

Let me just remind you people that if there was no Capcom, there'd be no Capcom vs SNK. Including the NGP version.

Capcom's cool, but if u ask me, a KOF game feels a lot different from Street Fighter. I don't want C vs. SNK games to be a Street Fighter game with SNK's characters.
