does the video get distorted in any way when playing? are there any glitches in the games?

It should, I'm using a 1 slot and and Unibios. If it doesn't work for you, returning it to me is always an option.

I have a 150-in-1 and it works fine in my 4-slot... with or without UniBIOS...

...personally, I've come across no issues with any of the games I've played though I have heard reports of some sound issues.... I have none to report myself.
