So, I got this PVM monitor and I'm trying to get the best RGB quality out of all my Neo Geo consoles. This monitor does not have a scart input. I do have a Frameister that has the Jap scart adapter. If I get a regular scart adapter and hook it up to the Frameister, will it work to display an RGB signal on the monitor. What's the easiest solution here. Again, all I'm trying to do is get an RGB signal into the monitor via RCA to BNC connectors (no SCART on the monitor). Let me hear from the experts...
