Right, now I'm a bit of a wonder at removing stickers!
If its the "non-removable" type,
First, try warming the sticker up to loosen the glue, be careful doing this because to much heat will cause the paper to curl.
I tend to heat up an iron, and hold it close to the area you want to heat, dont let it touch! especially if the sticker is plasticised. Next quickly lift one corner with a razor blade, and using tweezers or fingers if you're a steady handed person, try to peel it off! Its best to put the booklet flat on a table to do this, and support the paper on either side as you apply pressure. If it becomes difficult , start again.
Thats the easy bit! If it has worked, you will be left with some greasy residue/ adhesive. The best way to remove this is with a solvent. You cant use solvent on paper though, so you have to be a bit more creative. Try rubbing a small amount of pure plain flour into the residue, this will dry it and stop it spreading. next GENTLY rub the glue toward the edge of the booklet. keep adding the flour, and be careful to support the paper so it does not crease!
With care and practise this technique can be used to remove non-peelable stickers from ten year old nes games boxes!!!!!
And if you're careful, it leaves no trace!

Make sure your hands are perfectly clean, I wash them and dry them every ten or so minutes during the operation so as to not get fingerprints on the shiny paper.

I traded my stuff with someone and got KOF99.
I know it has NGF sticker on it but get it anyway because it's new.

Damn I just got my LB cart from NeoStore and it has a little NGF sticker on the back of the manual.It wasnt in the description as having the sticker.The cart doesnt have it just the manual but it ticks me off because I payed good money for the game.

Any pre-gummed label can be removed! (see above)
Unless the hoe's at NGF actually used a contact adhesive and applied them by hand? Which of course they didnt!
No they will be some cheap shitty 1000 on a roll jobs from the local printer! $25-30 for a thousand! and thats if they had the good ones! (thin plastic instead of paper)
Its just a pain in the ass removing non-peelable labels/stickers. If they really wanted to do the job permenantly, they would use a stamp, and stamp "Supplied by the Assholes at NGF" across the top of the cover!
Job F'in done! No they just wanna make work for anyone who dosent want their purchase NGFucked!
