SS4 MVS Cart Resetting

Can anyone help me out I have this Jap SS4 MVS cart that keeps on resetting for no reason on my 4-slot. Yes I already tried to clean with contact cleaner, and tried it on different slots. I already opened it up and looks original no eproms. Can anyone help.

Have you tried cleaning the slots on the Neo? If that doesn't work (and none of your other games reset randomly), I recommend buying another copy. Sounds like yours may be screwed. Thankfully they aren't THAT expensive when you find 'em on Ebay...
