Whoa, he got a huge change, moves wise.

Got any tips on how to use him?

I heard he does no longer have his "kuoken" move.

also his zan-shipukiaku as changed a lot.

Hope he's still the boss! coz' in 98 he was ( and still is ) the coolest character to me. <img src="graemlins/smirk.gif" border="0" alt="[Smirk]" />

Well his qcf + C move seems to have great priority, after that his moves this year kind of stink. The only other good move is his qcf, hcb + A/C DM since it has zero lag.

I know Takuma needed a change but damn I think I like Chin better than him this year (and I hate Chin). <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

his basic combo this year is b,b,b,a, hcb+b.
if you crossover, u can do standing a, standing c, fwd+b, dm.

Yeah, same crossover combo he's been able to do for years.

Better advice--don't play him, he's really, really boring this year.
