Well, this isn't a flame thread...yet.

A few weeks ago, we agreed to (what I thought) was his search for MVS Blazing Star and Strikers 1945 Plus. Within the course of a few days, I get them in and send them to him. We had also come to an agreement that he wouldn't get paid until the 19th. Since I dealt with him before, I thought things would be ok...right?

Sometime three weeks ago I get a PM saying that he received the games, but were not what he had asked for (I must have misunderstood that he wanted 'complete' kits as opposed to the loose carts). As soon as I found out, I sent a note back to him asking that my games be sent back. A couple of PMs land about a week later, I haven't heard anything. I know he's been around here, s-c.com, and even shmups, but hasn't told me anything yet.

I really don't want to be the bad guy here and turn his rep upside down, but I just can't eat a loss of $300 like that.

KOF Wasted much of my time once on some posters. Promised payment many times and to hold them. Never sent payment and then weeks later he contacted me to tell me he was sorry and that he was gonna send me $20 for completely wasting my time. He never sent anything to me. WORTHLESS... :idiot:

I dealt with Kof_Fanatic on many times as a seller and trader. He's a good person to deal with. Deals alway went smoothly.

There's always a chance your package may be delayed in transit. I shipped something to someone 2 weeks ago by Priority. The tracking number still says "Accepted at WB, NY April 12, 2004" At the least, I can file for the insurance claim. Hope it doesn't come to that.

Anyways, hope you get your stuff 8-1.

I've sold 2 things (maybe more?) to KOF_FANATIK. I had to hold them for a while so he could get the money together, but he sent payment both times.

I don't care who it is, or how many times you've dealt with them before, never send anything before receiving the money. That's just asking for trouble.

I bought a DVD for qube once, and even though I trust him like I trust my family, I sure as Hell didn't send it before I got the money. He paid me, of course.

Hope this gets worked out.
