This is an attempt to create a complete list of the genre/tagline appearing on the spine of japanese aes release
I'm talking of the tagline of the title (usually in english) and the little genre strip below the screenshot
I'll need the help from someone who can play with kana/kanji since ocr programs have a tough time with the low res scans I can find
Will update this post as I continue my research

What do you need with Chibi? It only says 'Variety Quiz Game'.

Fighters History Dynamite-Great Battle Action-New Great War ("Niyu Gureeto Taisen")

Taisen (対戦) should be translated as 'competition' or 'battle' if you will. Taisen (大戦) is 'great war' and uses different kanji and is not the proper translation for this.

EDIT: The KoFs 94-2000 do say 'Team Battle Competition' as genre line, while 2k1-2k3 say 'Fighting Action' (格闘アクション).
