yea but you will need to ground a pin on a PC-ENGINE to use this to play US cards on a JAP system.

Yeah this is for playing Japanese hu card on your USA unit
without the need to mod the system..

Free bump. That looks similar to a kisado, and if you want to play PCE on your US LaserActive this is long enough to do it. Somebody will be lucky to score this.

I use the exact same converter to play US HuCards on my JP Turbo Duo.

As Opethian said you just have to make an additional very simple mod inside your system.
