Unlocking rizalid in KOF 99

Does anybody know how to unlock Krizalid in KOF99??
I've seen him enable between Iori and Kyo in arcades.
I use Neorage-X.
If I have to use trainers then please tell me a website where I can download them since searching in google was useless.

Dun like? Try uni/debug bios. Dip 1-3. Over Kyo, Select+Button or over the other Kyo, Start+Button.

damn i actually got my neo cd version first before playing the rom. if i played the rom i never would have bought KOF99. a cdr would have been much better for this game, as i really dont like it, in fact i hate it as much as 94 and 96.

A 99 cart shouldn't even cost $20, a unibios chip less than 40

99 is actually a pretty fun game, its just that the striker system is totally useless.

BTW, I never played the rom before I bought the game either. I saw the DC game in stores and bought it. Thats where it all started. As for my MVS cart, I didn't buy it, I traded a Samsho cart for it.
