I have got a consolized mv1f that has the audio pulled from from the underside of the headphone connector (See pics crappy quality phone :S).

I have both the headphone slider and speaker sliders all the way up and still get very low sound from the board. Is there somewhere else I can tap into the sound to get it at a higher level?

The cmvs is connected to my TV by scart off a 9 pin din.

That would be the loudest unless you are running +12v and tap it from the edge. Usually from the headphone connector it's pretty loud. Maybe something is going bad in your audio section.

I thought it was :S I went and checked your tutorial and it looked like you tapped from the same points.

Where could I check for other faults?
It looks like whoever did this originally based it off your tutorial as well it uses similar points to your tutorial (inc the 5v point)

Are you using it on an LCD TV by chance? I know some brands have very low volume which is why I would suggest using the stereo for sound.

Sounds like your board needs a recap. The headphone connector should be absolutely ideal for inputting to a TV.

There a list anywhere of what caps I would need to replace?

channelmaniac (and maybe MKL) can probably provide you with one.
