Viewpoint PC Version?

I just saw this on ebay of course... It seems like it is a stand alone version and not emulation. Does anybody have this or know if it is a hack or was it an official release? I sent the seller some questions and they have not got back to me yet.

it says korea version, so im thinking its a bootleg, I would assume that its emulation, neorage has been around a long time...

I thought MEGA had rights from SNK to sell emulated PC versions in Korea. This is the first time I have seen VP though.
