Voltage on Pink Light Panels

Deos anyone know the voltage that is supplied to the pink light panels for the marquees?

Its around 100 volts ac at a frequency of 3.6 Khz, there is a dc - ac convertor pcb that supplies this.

Hmm what would happen if you connect some light panels that use 9V?

9 volts ? What sort of panels are they, these lumi panels usually run off an AC supply ?

It would be easy to derive a 9 volt dc supply.
