It was supposed to be clever.ADK named one of their games ADK. That's a level of laziness that doesn't reflect well on a company.
They're basically the MercurySteam/GameFreak/Good-Feel of the Neo. Not bad, but never as good as when the real first party developer puts a game out."Sloppy" is going too far. In general, ADK games on the Neo are not bad. They just usually aren't the greatest either.
Alpha Denshi is more consistent in its output than SNK itself, or at least it felt that way in their early years. Top Player's Golf, Riding Hero: Dion GP? Sengoku, Burning Fight, Ghost Pilots? lmbo.
