Wanted Minasan No Okagesama Desu - Plastic Box, Monolith Version

Hi all, I'm looking for a copy of Minasan No Okagesama Desu - plastic box but with Monolith name on the spine at the bottom and on the front cover top right - like this copy (Pic from 8Man collection). Anyone have this version for sale?
