Weird Japanese Link Inside...

Alright, I found this on the web and I have no clue what it means. Apparently it took place in September of 2000, but I see some familiar SNK/ADK names on the list there.

Anyone know Japanese here, let us know.

It's the results of the national-level CvS tournament in Japan.

The chart-like things are the brackets and the red parts shows who advanced in that bracket (read from right to left, with the winner in each bracket advancing the most to the left. The bottom-most chart shows the final 8 winners from brackets A-H going at it, with Umehara (this would be Daigo, who came to the USA and beat US SFA3 champion Alex Valle last year) winning the finals with a Ryu and Guile team.

The characters in white are the names (or nicknames/ handles/ whatever) of the players; the characters in green are the characters they used.
