Weird Raiden PCB problem

Hi folks,

I was really excited to get Raiden in the mail today, but the game doesn't let me insert credits! What is even weirder, I changed the dip settings to free play and...nothing!

Any clues on what might be wrong? Both sound and picture are 100% fine.

You sure you have dips 2, 3, 4, and 5 on and 1 off?

Make sure you are changing them on dip SW1 and not SW2.
