What Spielberg did given the source material was nothing short of a miracle. I mean, they even started calling him "Spielberg" after that (From "Spiele" meaning "Game" and "berg" meaning "mountain" in German). He earned that nickname. That guy definitely should have made more movies.

New one was surprisingly ok. Jolie ones are lolz obviously.

I enjoyed a lot of the Resident Evil series for what it was.

Indeed. I'd put RE1 at the top of the game movie list. I also always thought the first Silent Hill was good. Sonic and Detective Pikachu were both more entertaining than I thought they'd be.
