What this game should be, SF vs KOF

Street Fighter has 53 characters(minus Shin/Evil/Psycho forms, minus EX, minus The Movie, and Mike being Balrog). King Of Fighters has 54 characters(minus Orochi/Omega forms, minus Kyo-1 and Kyo-2, minus bosses, minus the little pocket games).

So, how does one equal out? Take out two KOFers and put in one boss.

Take out: Vanessa and Ramon
Boss: Orochi

There's a problem with your thinking. There are plenty of fighters that people like; myself included; that haven't been in either KOF or SF (I for one was pissed that SF Zero 3 didn't add any new characters from SF 1 and would have been happier to have them then the returning characters from SF2; save Cammy.). Hon Fu, Chonshu, Chonrei, Haggar, Lucia, Hinata, Shoma, and that's just for starters... I don't have a problem with the more off beat characters (Excluding SS, LB, etc...) but I would be pissed if the game just used KOF and SF characters (Which was what was wrong with the Capcom roster in the first one; no variety other than Morrigan.).

When I'm talking about SF, I mean everybody who's been in an SF game. SF1, SFA3, and SF3:TS. That covers everybody.

Wow!! I wouldn't even have bothered counting all the characters that appeared in all the SF games and KOF games!!

Street Fighter VS KOF has already been made, it's called Capcom VS. SNK.

The entire Capcom side besides Morrigan (Yawn) was from SF, everyone but Cammy, Sakura and maybe 1 or two others was from SF 2. The Whole SNK side was from KOF (Well KOF was a "All Stars" game as it is, so they are from their perspective series' as well), except Nakoruru.

For a game that was supposed to be CAPCOM (As in more games than just SF) and SNK (They did make other games besides KOF right? I think so...) it had a piss poor cast, the name should have been SF vs. KOF.

Then I would have had no gripes. Play the NGPC version, now that was SNK vs Capcom, they had Haohmaru, Akari, Bulleta, Felicia, Nakoruru and more. Not just KOF and SF!

I always wondered what a Final Fight meets Fatal Fury type game would be like.

Terry and Cody, the "Street fighters", Andy and Guy, the ninjas, Haggar and Joe, the... yeah. And both of these games feature cities famous for either fighting or crime, both which involve violence. Of course Metro City is trying to get rid of that violence while Southtown openly accepts it.

Maybe the story could be the Mad Gear gang and Geese Howard team up to try and rule both Southtown and Metrocity with an iron fist, and we have the main Fatal Fury and Final Fight characters in a beat-em-up type game.
