Hi guys,
I've got a Double Dragon PCB that I just got working again after a few repairs. However the sync is a little wacky and checking the signal shows a wavering reference due to interference or bad caps. I'm going to go to town on the capacitors anyway, but one of the damaged parts on the PCB is the long white strip going through the board. Most of the pins were broken off so I removed it. It's either straight shielding or a capacitor since each pin goes to +5V or GND, but I can't find any reference to it anywhere. You can see the device in this pic, extending left from the yellow dot:
My guess is shielding since it seems to be separating the CPU section from the Audio section.
